I started Jim Heinz Consulting because I’ve been where you are.
Over the years, I’ve run my own businesses, managed medical practices, and served as a customer service director for companies that experienced rapid growth, largely thanks to referrals from satisfied customers, clients, and patients. I’ve seen firsthand what works and what doesn’t when it comes to building a team that delivers consistently great service.
